What you'll be doing as a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Norwich
* Booking and conducting property inspections
* Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
* Coordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
* Deposit returns
* Resolving rental arrears
* Processing eviction requests
* Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Managing complaints
* Completing all check-in and check-out procedures, inc. full inventory reports
The skills and abilities you will need to be a Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Norwich
* A Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Previous experience in a Property Manager role, or customer-facing and/or administrative roles if no prior property management history
* Good telephone manner
