We are seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced EYFS teacher to join our dynamic and supportive primary school team. This is a full-time, temporary-to-permanent position starting in January 2025. The role is perfect for an experienced educator with a deep understanding of early childhood education, who is looking to take the next step in their career and potentially take on a leadership role within the EYFS phase. Key Responsibilities: Plan and deliver engaging, child-centered lessons that meet the developmental needs of all learners in the EYFS. Create a stimulating, inclusive, and safe learning environment that fosters curiosity and promotes a love of learning. Assess, record, and report on pupil progress, ensuring that each child reaches their full potential. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and enhance the EYFS curriculum. Support the leadership team with the coordination and development of EYFS, with a clear pathway to a leadership role within the phase. Promote a strong partnership with parents and caregivers to support children’s learning and development. What We Are Looking For: A qualified teacher with significant experience in EYFS education. Proven ability to support the developmental progress of young children and to raise attainment. Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYFS framework, with a genuine passion for early childhood education. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
