Due to continued success and growth, our client is hiring for an additional recruitment consultant in Wakefield. This is new role and not replacement.
They are on the lookout for a driven, dynamic, ambitious, highly motivated recruiter to join their highly successful existing team. You may already work in a white collar construction, or a higher volume construction contingency agency, but really want to progress to placing senior hires.

As a key player in the construction recruitment division, you’ll focus on placing director-level talent in cutting-edge sectors like data centres, renewable energy, and commercial real estate across the USA. The company is seeking someone with strong networking and phone skills who’s ready to take on the challenge of both candidate outreach and sales. You should be eager to learn industry-specific lingo and master the art of executive search. Ideally, you’ll have 1-2 years of recruitment experience and a proven knack for spotting potential.
