The key responsibilities In this role include; Account management responsibility for the customer, strengthening existing customer relationships, developing new, improving customer experience (CXM) and where possible identifying growth opportunities. Understand, take ownership, and adjust where necessary daily, weekly, and monthly customer facing KPI's (labour productivity, absence, inbound and outbound service levels, on-time picking, picking accuracy, inventory accuracy, POD response credit / query times, inventory adjustments and OTIF. Align volume forecast with customer and review weekly / monthly resource planning with FLM's and Business Support manager. Develop a work strategy for next month / period and agree costs with customer. Track Site Performance Cube comparing the installed and utilized capacity, understanding the causes for the gap between them, understanding the financial and customer impact resulted by this gap and address actions with site ops teams. Participate in a Monthly Results Meeting with the entire leadership team and employees, presenting the site's results, priorities and promoting engagement within the team. Responsible for partnering with local HR Business Partner regarding any employee/industrial relations matters e.g. unions, works councils etc. You won't find another job like the one you'll find with DHL Supply Chain. Now, here's what we need from you: Previous experience in logistics/warehousing/transport operations. Transport operations experience. Capability of planning, defining, and deploying strategic plans. Ability to lead change initiatives. Leadership skills, experience in managing several reporting layers. Sound understanding and experience of operational processes and stakeholder management.
