Regional Loss Prevention Manager
Location: As a guide, applicants should live in/near Essex, Kent or North London.
Salary: Up to £42,000 + Company Car, Bonus, Benefits
This is a key role overseeing a large portfolio of sites across a region. You will be responsible for reducing shrink, investigating stock loss, conducting compliance audits, and working closely with senior retail stakeholders to shape and deliver the Loss Prevention strategy.
Required Experience:
1. Strong multi-site loss prevention experience where you have investigated stock loss.
2. Strong investigation skills alongside commercial experience, which could be within the Police or a multi-site loss prevention role.
3. Ability to engage stakeholders and develop strong strategic relationships.
4. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to drive profitability through loss prevention & security controls and processes.
5. Full UK driving license.
What you will do:
1. Lead the regional Loss Prevention function and manage the delivery of the Loss Prevention strategy across a large portfolio of stores.
2. Undertake investigations into internal and external theft.
3. Conduct compliance audits.
4. Coach and advise retail teams in Loss Prevention best practices.
5. Be responsible for the reduction of stock loss across the region.
6. Identify and mitigate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
7. Manage the response to security incidents.
8. Implement the company shrink programme.
9. Work closely with retail teams to identify Security & Loss Prevention issues and challenges.
10. Engage and influence senior stakeholders across the region.
11. Conduct and deliver Loss Prevention training programmes.
12. Drive company profitability through the correct implementation of loss prevention/security controls and processes.
13. Undertake risk assessments.
14. Identify opportunities to improve processes by working closely with site teams.
15. Manage and lead LP and security specific programmes across the region.
