Regional Continuous Improvement Manager - 12month FTC Potential to go permanent (Not guaranteed) Location- Midlands based Salary- £60,000 - £65,000 DOE 6K Car Allowance We are leading the search for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to support a project looking to improve an area of my clients business. Flexibility of travelling to other sites in the network is required (Bristol, Stafford, Market Drayton, Sherwood, Milton Keynes, Haverhill and Tilbury) Key Responsibilities Lead diagnostic activity across the network engaging relevant teams to identify opportunities to improve the businesses KPIs around Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People Establish proposals to support change across the network which are accompanied by business cases, validated by key stakeholders and functions across the business (Operations, IT, HR) Facilitation of workshops to support CI and Project activity such as requirements gathering, current & future state mapping, problem solving and solution design activity Conduct data analysis and insight gathering Conduct industrial engineering time observations Establish good working relationships with all stakeholders Establish governance to support any change being implemented; defining and implementing a suitable approach to quality, planning, resource, change control, change management, risk & issue management, cost management, benefit tracking, stakeholder management and communications Skills & Experience Qualifications in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies 5 Years in CI management Experience in working in a 3PL environment or managing a 3PL Project and Programme Management experience (ideally PRINCE2/APM/MSP/MoP trained) Strong written and verbal Presentation skills IT literate and MS proficient (i.e. Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, BI) Data Analysis & solution design Change Management experience (exposure to organisational level design and change) Have the ability to demonstrates core values that include respect, integrity, inclusiveness, Safety first, quality driven, reflective and able to challenge constructively in order to continuously improve.
