HR Advisor

Oakleaf Partnership is seeking an HR Advisor to join our client's team on a 12 month FTC. This professional services organisation has a large HR function supporting its employees from its Manchester, Leeds, and Sheffield locations.
As the HR Advisor in this organisation, you will hold a true generalist role, supporting a dedicated business area and assisting managers and employees with all HR-related matters. You will work closely with the area's dedicated business partner, delivering on key projects and providing ad hoc reports on performance. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
* Managing employee relations matters quickly and effectively, identifying trends, and working with line managers and stakeholders to provide solutions.
* Providing accurate advice on all policies and procedures.
* Supporting on all change activities including organisational design, TUPE, and redundancies.
* Monitoring probation periods and conducting end-of-probation reviews, as well as supporting managers with appraisals.
* Working with the wider HR team and collaborating on projects across the organisation.
