Page Group are working with a well-known national housebuilder in their search for a new Customer Care Manager to join them at their Leeds-based offices (outskirts).
Job Description
* Support, lead & manage a team of customer care co-ordinators who support new build customers throughout their journey.
* Co-ordinate works with 3rd party contractors to ensure all planned and remedial works are carried out within agreed timescales.
* Ensure all defects are addressed, managed and remedial actions are put in place.
* Log and manage all remedial works, constantly updating customers on the progress and process.
* Take ownership of any escalated customer issues, ensuring customer satisfaction is prioritised.
* Work closely with site managers to understand the progress and timescales of developments, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout.
* Ensure adherence to key compliance and regulatory requirements, providing all team members with regular training and support.
The Successful Applicant
* Experience within a similar role within a housebuilder environment (desirable).
* Excellent customer relations experience.
* Ability to prioritise workload.
* Problem solver.
* Ability to provide genuine empathy to customers.
* Strong attention to detail.

The role offers a salary of £37,000 to £45,000 depending on experience.
