What You’ll Do Lead and motivate a dedicated portering team, coordinating daily tasks and activities. Plan and oversee portering operations ensuring patient records, materials and equipment are safety and appropriately transferred Maintain a safe working environment for all employees across the facility. Adhere to all company, client, and legal health & safety procedures, including COSHH, hygiene, cleanliness, and fire safety. Support onboarding, training, and development of cleaning staff to build a high-performing team. What You’ll Bring Proven experience in a supervisory role, ideally within facilities management. Physical ability to carry out manual aspects of the role. A strong commitment to health, safety, and hygiene. Professional integrity, reliability, and a positive attitude.
