Salisbury NHS Foundation Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated senior Gynaecology Theatre Practitioner.
A team of 14 Consultants provides a service covering gynaecology, fertility and obstetric surgery, and we are looking for a leader who can lead and develop the Gynae and Fertility team during a period of expansion for the service. The role will also include working closely with the Band 6 Obstetric Team Lead.
Gynaecology and Obstetrics form part of a speciality network that also includes Urology. The activity is managed primarily between Main Theatres and the Day Surgery Unit, with the Obstetric theatre situated in the Maternity block. Each speciality is managed independently by team leads, but there is an expectation to work collaboratively in the Band 6 team, and with the Band 7 Speciality Lead.
We offer personal and professional development within our friendly team. If you have experience of working in a gynaecology scrub team and are looking for an exciting opportunity, please apply.
