A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven Business Development Manager to join a growing Creative Events Business. You will be responsible for driving new business, opening doors with clients and supporting their big growth plans!
We are looking for someone with tons of personality who can spark up a conversation with anyone with a proven sales record from an events background.
Key responsibilities:
1. Working alongside the senior team to develop the sales strategy
2. Meeting clients regularly to discuss current and future event requirements
3. Keeping in touch with clients throughout event process
4. Updating and developing the business contacts
5. Proactively securing new clients and leads
6. Brainstorming concepts and building client proposals
7. Managing budgets and quotes
Skills and Experience:
8. Proven track sales record from an events background
9. Ability to work as an individual and as part of a small team
10. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
11. Well presented with excellent customer service skills
12. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
13. Positive and proactive approach
