We are currently seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team and support our financial and administrative functions.
We are looking for an entry-level person that is energetic, personable, and has the desire to become someone special in our organization. Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage office supplies and oversee general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
2. Handle correspondence, scheduling, and clerical duties.
3. Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling transactions.
4. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including maintaining records and conducting necessary checks.
5. Provide general support to the management team as needed.
6. Provide PA support, including managing travel arrangements and the diary of the Company CEO.
Qualifications:
1. Standard or higher grades or HNC.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Ambitious with a strong desire to learn, grow, and be successful.
7. Full driving licence.
