If you thrive in agile environments, enjoy solving complex problems, have a curious mind, and relish a challenge, Letâs talk The role Working cross-functionally, this role is designed to assist our CTO in deep-diving into topics that directly improve the core company KPIs that technology can influence. You will apply your detailed system thinking to the physical, electrical, and digital components of our end-to-end systems. This will help unblock issues, resolve problems, and provide technical recommendations to improve business performance. The candidate will work closely with the network management team to understand long-term system issues that are repeatable and present common symptoms in number, which warrant investigation to resolution. The successful candidate exhibits strong communication and people skills in order to build buy-in and acceptance for their recommendations across a range of functions. Your commercial acumen will help present business cases and change management recommendations that ensure investment from the business to move forward. The candidates' experience of successful supplier management will enable them to leverage the technical members in the supply base to support the role. Where required, you will be ready to go on-prem and support technical investigations that bring insight and derive value for the objectives of the role. The role focuses on the quality and success of every installation, every unit commissioned, and ultimately, every user's experience of our services.
