Product Assurance Manager for Space Power Projects

Summary:
This role is responsible for evaluating, tracking and satisfying all Product Assurance requirements on assigned space power projects. The Product Assurance Manager will work with a dedicated team from other disciplines to produce documentation and hardware for delivery to the customer.

Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for on-time and on-quality Product Assurance activities
* Responsible for preventing, investigating, and resolving non-conformances on assigned projects
* Deliver documentation to meet customer PA requirements (e.g., NCRs, EIDPs, Inspection Reports)
* Provide specialist Product Assurance analysis and documentation (PM&P, EEE, RAMS, Safety)
* Chair internal readiness review meetings (MRR, TRR, and DRB)
* Responsible for key inspection points and reports generation during assembly and test phase
* Ensure compliance statements for the product via VCD completion
* Manage changes to the product baseline (via CCBs) and notify the customer

Requirements:
* A degree in a STEM subject, equivalent qualification or industry experience
* Experience delivering PA engineering or manager duties on spacecraft projects
* Inspecting and accepting spacecraft hardware
* Producing technical Product Assurance documentation: Materials, Process, Components and Parts Lists; Hazard Analysis; Reliability and FMECA Reports
* A strong knowledge and understanding of European Space Industry standards (ECSS)
* An ability to interpret European Space Industry standards (ECSS) and develop compliant solutions
