You will deliver high standards of cycle service and repair, working with a variety of cycles including kids, adult, premium, performance, and electric bikes. Your role involves performing service and repair tasks, developing team members, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in cycle service, building, and repair across various bike types
* Proven customer service experience, preferably in retail or cycle services
* Ability to share expertise and work towards sales targets
* Availability to work on a rota, including weekends
