Rockbourne is very happy to be helping one of the top residential investment managers to help them appoint a new Investment Associate.
You will be a key member of the team working closely with the existing Investment Director to help lead the investment function of the business during the company’s next stage of growth. The business currently has an extensive, best-in-class portfolio of assets in the living sector and plans to more than double its AUM in the UK in the next few years.

What you will be doing:
* Working closely with the Investment Director and Founder on sourcing and executing large transactions in the living sector
* Taking ownership of large aspects of the transaction lifecycle including underwriting and due diligence on acquisitions
* Supporting the investment team when reporting into top tier, sophisticated capital partners
* Work with the wider team on the ongoing growth of the business
To be successful you will need:
* Experience within a real estate private equity, investment management or development firm
* Prior experience of operational real estate transactions (preferably BTR, PBSA or Co-Living)
* Experience dealing with complex and sophisticated capital partners
* Excellent cash flow modelling skills with experience across the transaction lifecycle
* CFA qualification (Preferred)
Other Details:
* Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + bonus
* Location: West End with flexibility
