At Holy Trinity School, we take great pride in our pupils and the quality of education we provide. We are currently seeking to appoint a reliable and self-motivated School Office Administrator to join our team due to an existing staff member moving on to new opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who can work efficiently, demonstrate initiative, and contribute positively to the school’s smooth day-to-day operations. Prior experience in an office environment is essential, and experience in school administration is a plus—but we are happy to provide training to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to general enquiries from staff, pupils, parents, and visitors, including reception duties as required.
* Update pupil and staff records, reports, and returns using SIMS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Provide general clerical and administrative support to staff and senior leadership.
* Manage communications, including sending out text messages, emails, and updating the school website.
* Provide first-level financial support, including raising purchase orders and processing delivery notes and invoices.
* Assist in collating information for DBS checks in line with school policies.
* Open and distribute mail.

* Experience working in an office environment.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using school management software (experience with SIMS is beneficial but not essential).
* Ability to work well within a team and under pressure.
