We are looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to support the Modern Apprenticeship Team with the onboarding/off boarding and the necessary compliance paperwork associated with enlisting modern apprentice candidates across the various companies this training provider supports. General Duties and Responsibilities:\nâ¢\tAssist in the onboarding process for new apprentices, including start paperwork where required.\nâ¢\tTo ensure the accurate and timely input of all required information into relevant management systems\nâ¢\tReport any concerns relating to poorly completed documentation by any party to the Quality & Contract Manager\nâ¢\tSupport the Quality & Contract Manager with responding to any required information on a timely basis.\nâ¢\tAttend monthly Operations Meetings in person and record any follow up actions as required.\nâ¢\tKeep accurate records of apprentice details, including personal information, training progress, evaluations, and attendance records.\nâ¢\tRespond to enquiries from apprentices, trainers, and other stakeholders regarding programme requirements, schedules, and procedures.\nâ¢\tFacilitate communication between apprentices, trainers, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration.\nâ¢\tGeneral administration as required.\nâ¢\tAnswering incoming calls\nâ¢\tTraining room preparation\nâ¢\tResponding to customer emails\nâ¢\tOutbound Post Office duties\n\n Qualifications:\nDesirable: Business Administration SVQ level 3/HNC/HND Administration \n\nThe Person:\nâ¢\tHighly competent IT user with a keen eye for detail\nâ¢\tExcellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, \nâ¢\tFollows instructions with exactness, \nâ¢\tExceptional organisational skills\nâ¢\tWorks collaboratively within a team, \nâ¢\tShows unwavering commitment to personal learning and development, \n
