Job Title: One to One Tutor/Teacher Location: East Midlands, Leicestershire, Leicester Job Type: Permanent, expected to work Full-Time hours Salary: £25.00 - £30.00 Per hour Job Duties: Provide one-to-one tutoring sessions to students in assigned subjects Create personalised lesson plans based on students' needs and learning goals Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Demonstrated experience in tutoring or teaching Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or related field Experience: Minimum of 2 years of teaching or tutoring experience Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of educational principles and practises Proficiency in subject areas being taught Ability to motivate and inspire students Good organisational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Education or relevant field Experience working with students with diverse learning needs Additional teaching certifications or training Working Conditions: Regular working hours Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis Potential for remote tutoring sessions All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
