About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Web Analytics team. The role is fundamental in understanding the performance of our leading websites and the way our customers shop our sites. You’ll have a passion for analytics and improving the customer experience on the website whilst having the opportunity to develop and learn new skills.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their analytics career in a team who own the full web journey from tagging implementation to onsite testing. The role will play a vital part as we navigate the switch to GA4 and provides great exposure to the wider business with opportunities to make a real difference.
We know we work better when we’re together, so all our AOers come into the office Monday to Friday. We collaborate more easily, have continual conversations, we’re more creative, give better support, and all this makes us more motivated and even better at what we do.
Here's What You Can Expect To Be Doing
1. Utilise GA4/Big Query data to provide insight on the performance of the websites to key stakeholders.
2. Maintain and automate dashboards and reporting to meet the requirements of the business utilising Google Big Query and Power BI.
3. Define and then report on the key metrics for each part of the web journey, with a view to aligning these with the overall business objectives.
4. Work alongside project teams on new releases and site changes, providing ongoing analysis and monitoring.
5. Perform routine reviews of the accessible data for your area, feeding any new tagging requests into our partner agency or creating the tags yourself using GTM.
