Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor
Location: Shrewsbury
Contract: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor/Quantity Surveyor to take the lead in managing the financial and contractual aspects of specialised civil engineering and infrastructure projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to deliver outstanding results, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Cost estimating, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Preparing, negotiating, and administering contracts (NEC, JCT, bespoke).
* Managing project changes, claims, and compensation events.
* Procuring materials, services, and contractors.
* Collaborating with clients, project teams, and stakeholders.
* Monitoring project performance and maximising commercial outcomes.
Requirements:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management (essential).
* Strong experience in commercial roles within Bridges or Steel Structures
* Familiarity with major contract forms (NEC, JCT, bespoke).
