As a General Manager at this site, you\\'ll be responsible for managing the overall operation of our client’s catering facilities, leading a dynamic team to deliver top-notch service across the in-house staff restaurant, hospitality meeting spaces, and pantries.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead & Manage the Team: Oversee a team of 8-10 staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the staff restaurant, hospitality spaces, and pantries. Inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and exceed expectations.
* Financial Management: Manage catering budgets in line with client goals and maintain financial targets.
* Client Relationship Management: Act as the main point of contact for all catering requests, ensuring client satisfaction and proactively driving their vision for the catering department.
* Food & Drink Innovation: Deliver exceptional customer experiences with a passion for innovation in food and drink.
* Effective Communication & Prioritization: Adapt and solve challenges while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
* Delegation & Hands-on Leadership: Strong delegation skills with the ability to step in and lead by example when needed.
* ESG Focus: Drive sustainability and healthy eating initiatives while providing a balance of nutritious and indulgent offerings.
* Collaboration: Work across departments to ensure the success of catering operations and client satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in catering or hospitality management, preferably in a high-end environment.
* Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to manage both front and back-of-house teams.
* Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and aligning with client objectives.
* Passionate about food and drink innovation, delivering excellent customer service.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
* Strong delegation and influencing skills, with the flexibility to be hands-on when necessary.
* An interest in promoting healthy eating and driving ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives within the workplace.
* A team player, willing to collaborate with other departments to achieve great results.
