Our client is a large diverse and dynamic Insurance Broking business that is part of an expanding wider group which operates across 9 countries with thousands of staff and expanding rapidly.
The Insurance broking arm is going through a lot of growth and are looking to recruit an experiences Business Development Executive / Manager to work closely with the Account Executives and Sales teams regionally and complement the lead generation to help bring new clients into the business.
With a specialism in Commercial and specialist areas of Insurance the business works with great clients and is constantly building network and pipeline.
The company has in place a large lead generation team and established marketing teams that you will work with but take things to a more targeted and focused level to engage with clients and achieve their goals and revenue targets.
Your duties will be varied and include:
· Conducts deep market research to identify key players in a focussed manner.
· Develop a Client engagement strategy
· Performs high-level discovery outbound calls.
· Attend breakfast clubs and events to increase client engagement
· Create keen interest from prospects and introduce them to the wider business.
· Schedules appointments for sales.
· Utilizes sales tools to give detailed information to prospective clients.
