Chef Manager - Brighton
Up to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
Monday - Friday Role!
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to join our Eurest team in Brighton. You will be providing outstanding service to the staff at the resort whilst guiding and motivating your team to be the best they can possibly be.

Services provided are breakfast, lunch, hospitality, coffee shop and retail.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
1. Understand and deliver all contractual terms
2. Communicate any on-site client changes to line manager
3. Communicate regularly with client
4. Action plans are completed following client satisfaction surveys
5. Ensure all company promotions are correctly implemented
6. Identify any additional opportunities and discuss with line manager
7. Analyse and effectively manage all in-unit costs
8. Monitor and manage GP
9. Ensure cost and sales records are accurately inputted and maintained
10. All food wastage is recorded and minimised
11. Your chef is supported, trained, coached and developed
12. Implement all relevant HSE procedures within the unit and review them as appropriate
13. Ensure that all HSE incidents are correctly reported and investigated with relevant reviews of work procedures
14. Report HSE issues beyond your control to your line manager
15. Ensure team are trained and adhere to all H&S and FS policies
16. Ensure all food prepared, cooked, and presented to the required standards and portion specifications
17. Manage the processing of food orders, the receipt and storage of deliveries
18. Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchens and surrounding working areas
19. Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment
20. Perform other general tasks to support effective food service delivery as reasonably requested
About You
* Previous culinary experience essential
* Previous management experience in a similar role including client management
* Passionate about working in a food service environment
* Good communication skills and able to work positively with others as part of a team
* Friendly, helpful & polite
