This is an opportunity to support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs and help them succeed in a supportive, nurturing environment. About the Role As a Learning Mentor, you will: Support students with SEMH needs and help them engage with their education. Build strong, trusting relationships to promote confidence and learning. Assist with personalised education plans tailored to each student's goals. Help students develop social skills and emotional regulation strategies. Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment. Support students in enrichment activities that promote growth and independence. Manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally. About the School Our school is a safe and inclusive environment for students aged 11-14 with SEMH needs and other special educational needs.
