Your Role
* Manage a caseload of Adult Social Care matters, ensuring compliance with key legislation
* Provide expert legal advice on the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, Mental Health Act 1983, and related laws
* Represent the council in the Court of Protection and High Court
* Attend court, negotiate settlements, and advocate on behalf of the council
About You
* Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Legal Executive
* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
* Experience in Adult Social Care law
