Keane Premier Group is seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in delivering bespoke care for a young man with complex needs. This role involves tailored support and training to empower him to live a fulfilling life. Experience working with individuals who have autism and display behaviours that challenge is preferred, but above all, we value empathy, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn., Experience supporting individuals with autism and/or complex needs (preferred).
* Understanding of Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) or a willingness to train in it.
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* A calm, patient, and resilient approach, especially in challenging situations.
* A full driving license (desirable but not essential).
