Your new role
* Lead/Support on the research, design, development and review of HR policies and procedures and embed them such that they are fit for purpose, legally compliant and enable the effective performance of staff across the organisation.
* Lead/Support and be accountable for the review, creation and delivery of a policy development plan with key priorities agreed.
* Develop and maintain mechanisms/schedules to ensure regular and timely policy review.
* Lead/Support in the development, delivery and evaluation of appropriate communications strategies and interventions related to all HR policy, including supporting the design and the delivery of training and briefings to managers.
* Develop associated guidance, templates, letters and materials to support managers and staff in the application of policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed:
* Proven HR experience with a focus/interest in Policy, Procedures and Systems.
* Ideally, you will have experience across both large and start-up organisations.
* Ideally, CIPD qualified or studying.
* Available to start ASAP.
What you'll get in return:
Flexible working options are available. This could be 20-37 hours per week and whilst initially they would like you on site a few days a week to build relations, the role can then be more remote or hybrid.
This is initially an interim role which could be between 1 to 2 years with the opportunity to go perm.
