In CDS IT, we are recruiting for a Change & Problem Manager on a permanent and full-time basis, to work in the Digital Service Delivery Team to support the service in delivering project/operational business, cultural and behavioural change across the corporate organisations to successfully embed new ways of working. Key Responsibilities: The role is responsible for Change Management, facilitating beneficial IT technical changes with minimal disruption to business operations. This encompasses a range of critical activities: Managing the change queue: Efficiently overseeing the flow of changes, ensuring they are executed effectively and align with IT strategy, policies, and procedures. Problem Management is also a key responsibility for this role, focusing on preventing or minimizing the impact of one or more Incidents by finding the root cause and working with both internal and third-party support teams to find and implement a resolution. What We are looking for: Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with stakeholders and suppliers. A positive attitude and a solution-oriented mindset. Familiar with IT industry standards, ITIL, ISO IEC etc and the principles embedded within them. Fully competent in ITIL practice - with emphasis on Problem and Change Management. Must have a level of technical understanding of ICT. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.
