Job summary Midlands Medical Partnership (MMP) is a Birmingham super-partnership currently caring for 72,000 Birmingham Cross-City CCG patients across North and South Birmingham operating out of 10 sites. Job Role Purpose To provide a high standard of nursing care, health education, screening and immunisation, working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary general practice team.
