Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Level 3 support role, with a strong emphasis on networking.
Proven expertise in Windows server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware and Hyper-V).
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Windows-based operating systems.
Proficiency in Office 365 administration.
Strong experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
