Brook Street has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join an organisation on a temporary basis until the end of the year with potential of this being extended.
This is a part-time position which is 9am - 5pm on a Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone in a timely and professional manner.
2. Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
3. Resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively.
4. Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records.
5. Collaborating with other teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed.
You must:
1. Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, but not essential.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
