About the Role
As a 1st Line Technician for Oscar, you will be the first point of contact for customers with technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Office 365, tenant management, Windows Support, and One Drive Syncing.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
* Resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively
* Escalating complex issues to senior technicians as necessary
* Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
* Prior experience working in customer service, ideally at an MSP
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* A strong understanding of technical concepts and software
