What we need…
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to bring YOOBIC’s brand to life across every touchpoint. Sitting within the marketing team under the Head of Brand & Community, you’ll design and execute bold, high-impact creative that shapes how we show up in the world — across social, web, events, video, and beyond.
This is a hands-on execution role, but also a huge opportunity to shape and evolve YOOBIC’s brand identity. You’ll work cross-functionally with demand generation, product marketing, revenue marketing, and sales to create assets that fuel pipeline, elevate thought leadership, and make YOOBIC unmissable in the retail and hospitality industries.

What you'll do…
Brand & Visual Identity
* Own, evolve, and expand YOOBIC’s brand identity — refining brand guidelines and ensuring consistency across all marketing and sales assets.
* Design high-impact creative that strengthens our brand presence across web, social, events, email, presentations, and advertising.
* Serve as the brand ambassador, ensuring internal teams, contractors, and partners use the brand correctly and consistently.
Marketing & Sales Design
* Design a variety of marketing assets — including social media graphics, event branding, landing pages, ad creatives, presentation decks, and more.
* Work closely with demand gen, product marketing, programs teams, and sales to create assets that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue.
* Optimize creative assets based on performance data to continuously improve impact.
Web & Digital
* Contribute to YOOBIC’s upcoming website refresh, working alongside a creative agency and developers to elevate our web presence.
* Design and manage WordPress and Hubspot content updates as needed.
Events & Motion
* Design branded experiences for live and virtual events, from booth graphics to presentations.
* Work with motion designers, video editors, and agencies to bring YOOBIC’s storytelling to life through video.
What you have...
* 3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer at a startup, SaaS, or high-growth B2B brand. (We will also consider applications from applicants with agency experience)
* A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create high-quality brand and marketing assets.
* Mastery of design tools — Adobe Suite, Figma, and Canva (WordPress and Hubspot or similar CMS experience is a plus).
* Experience in brand identity design — you’ve helped define, maintain, or evolve a company’s visual identity.
* Experience designing across multiple formats — web, social, events, presentations, ads, and sales enablement materials.
* Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple priorities and execute efficiently.
* The ability to self-manage and own design decisions, but also take feedback and iterate quickly.
* Bonus: Experience in motion graphics, video production, or live event branding.
* Major bonus: A knack for conceptualising creative campaigns that break through the noise and make an impact

Choose three projects from your portfolio that you feel are most relevant to this role and submit them with your application. For each, include:
* The goal of the project. What was the objective? Who was the audience?
* Your process. How did you approach the design? What challenges did you solve?
* The results. How did the final design impact the business, campaign, or brand?
We’re especially interested in seeing range — both in style and format. If possible, showcase work across digital and print (e.g., web, social, event branding, presentation design).

* Or, provide a link to your online portfolio with clear indications of the three projects you'd like us to review.
