In this pivotal role, you will oversee crucial assessment and administration processes, ensuring our services are delivered to the highest standards. You will provide consultation and training to staff across various agencies, support clinical staff in making complex decisions, and act as the main point of contact for the Gateway service.

Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all assessment and administration processes in relation to the Service.
2. Support the delivery of a high-quality link worker provision into primary care, secondary mental health services, social care partners, community-based resources, and the voluntary sector.
3. Support the Gateway Team Manager in the delivery of the service, ensuring it meets national guidance and local key performance indicators.
4. Ensure staff are trained and supportive, to have a sensitive, approachable, and informative manner in dealing with client and health professional queries.
5. Support the management of human resources meeting the Trust targets for recruitment, retention, sickness levels, agency usage, supervision, and appraisals.
6. Support clinical staff to take complex decisions that are evidence-based and recovery-focused.
