Bell has an exciting opportunity for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our North West Decarb team based on site in Chester for work in and around the area. This is a full-time, permanent role with a family business that cares., Reporting to the Operations Manager, with support from the Contract Manager & Supervisor, we are seeking a RLO to provide effective communication, consultation, administration and support between customers, Bell Group staff and our clients on our maintenance contracts., Delivery of pre-work notifications / discuss colour choices (where applicable)
Manage access notifications and appointments
Manage residents' expectations, rearrangement or postponement of works
Customer Complaints and issue resolution
Delivery of customer survey process via door-to-door surveys and telephone surveys
Log and update Quality Plans that are sent to clients
Arrange and attend Resident Open Days
Aid with administration duties about the project
Communicate the above with Bell Group site staff and our client
Support with Community Projects/activities where requested
Knowledge / Experience
High Level of Customer Care skills including negotiation and listening skills
Experience in a similar role
Good time management and organisational skills
IT Skills/Understanding of EXCEL and WORD
Good telephone manner
Full clean UK Drivers Licence, Disability Confident
