In the UK, there are 16 sites.
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Coordinator for our head office located in Enfield. This is an exciting opportunity on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to grow. The Coordinator will partake in a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, booking, and assisting the department manager.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate should possess the following:
1. Experience working in a fast-paced environment
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
3. Highly organized and resourceful
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Key Duties (but not limited to):
1. Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
2. Answering phone and fielding calls
3. Dealing with speeding tickets with parking/traffic offenses
4. Tracking driver penalties and assisting in readying reports for payroll
5. Running reports from Telematics portal (training provided)
6. Updating/Entering data from invoices onto spreadsheets
7. Booking and implementing alterations to trackers and driver fobs
8. Uploading information to H&S portal
9. Scheduling compliance inspections/appointments with managers
10. Assisting in managing meter reads for UK sites & H&S
11. Ensuring credit notes and missing invoices from suppliers are received
12. Assisting with changes and maintaining our conferencing platform
13. Ability to work independently and identify and solve problems.
14. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
