**Job Summary**
We're seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our team as Customer Team Members. As a key member of our store team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and helping us achieve our goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide friendly and thoughtful service to customers, responding to their needs and queries
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to resolve problems and improve the shopping experience
- Ensure the store is safe and legal, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and stock management
- Support the introduction of new products and services, sharing knowledge and expertise with colleagues
- Contribute to local community activities and events, building relationships and promoting the Co-op brand

- A genuine care for the needs of customers and members
- Excellent people skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues
- A positive approach to change and problem-solving
- Flexibility to work a range of different shifts
