Reporting directly to the Clinical Director you will be one of seven Clinical Regional Directors leading our multidisciplinary teams of 220 Senior & Specialist clinicians to ensure the delivery of our integrated, evidence based and cutting edge therapeutic practice model. This role will be covering a number of our schools, integrated learning centres and residential homes across the Midlands. You will work collaboratively with the Regional Directors for Education and Care to ensure that the whole system and team around the child work together effectively and therapeutically to meet the needs of the children and young people who live and learn with us. Combining your consultant level clinical skills with your organisational acumen, you'll have the opportunity to innovate, inspire, shape and empower. The Kind Of Person We’re Looking For Will Be an accredited specialist, registered with the HCPC or equivalent Have significant experience of delivering therapeutic services to children and young people presenting with developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions and complex educational needs Need experience of supporting teams around a child or young person to ensure they are being provided with clinically informed living and learning environments and experiences Have a reflective, psychologically-focused mind that is able to think systemically about teams, understands organisational dynamics and is able to see the ‘whole’ picture. Be a practitioner whose leadership skills have already very much come to the fore as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team – so you’ll need to demonstrate credibility, communication skills and change management expertise Be a confident, engaging and effective, model, guide, leader and trainer Be highly organised and ready to take the initiative Be committed to ensuring the best outcomes for young people What We Do For You We know you’re going to do great things.
