Job title: Front of House Receptionist
Location: Southwark, London SE1
Terms: Monday - Friday (40Hr's) - Days Only, working hours options: 7-4 pm (most common), 8-5 pm (most common), 9-6 pm (one-off - if there is an event for example)
Salary/rate: Salary is paying up to £31,000 + Package.
About the company: A Leading Facilities Management company are currently recruiting for a Workplace Experience Host to work at the Companies Head Office in Southwark, London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a Workplace Experience Host to the team.
Responsibilities:
1. This is a rotational, customer-facing role with responsibilities including:
2. Providing an outstanding front-of-house reception experience.
3. Managing meeting rooms, events, and hospitality services.
4. Collaborating with IT, maintenance, and cleaning teams for seamless operations.
5. Delivering mailroom and post-handling services efficiently.
Candidate requirements:
1. Experience: 1-2 years in Front Desk, Concierge, Hospitality, or Customer Service roles.
2. Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
3. Personality: A results-driven, customer-focused individual who thrives in dynamic environments.
