We’re looking for an experienced Health and Safety Advisor with a background in social housing and or Construction. This role focuses on ensuring health and safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, and advising at the Director level. The position is fully remote, with travel to sites as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct risk assessments, draft method statements, and perform site inspections
2. Provide expert health and safety advice in Director-level meetings
3. Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
4. Develop and update safety policies and deliver training as needed
Requirements:
1. Experience in Social Housing
2. NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
4. UK driver’s license; travel required
Benefits:
1. 1 – 2 days a week based out of a client's office, the rest working from home / on the road
2. £50,000 - £55,000, plus car allowance and travel
