We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills and be adept at utilising various recruitment tools and platforms to enhance lead generation efforts.
Duties
* Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to source candidates across various channels.
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
* Utilise social media management techniques to promote job vacancies and engage with potential candidates.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
* Leverage HRIS systems such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or Taleo for tracking applicant progress and managing candidate data.
* Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and adjust strategies accordingly.
* Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
* Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Salesforce for reporting purposes.
Experience
* Proven experience in recruitment or human resources is essential.
* Familiarity with lead generation techniques and relationship management practices is highly desirable.
* Proficiency in using HRIS systems.
* Strong understanding of social media platforms for effective candidate engagement.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving with a keen attention to detail.
