We are looking for a Service Desk Operations Supervisor / Manager to oversee the efficient delivery of technical support services, training systems, and customer service operations within our Remote Support team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless operations and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead the Remote Support team to ensure effective service delivery.
2. Train and develop team members in customer service best practices.
3. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
4. Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues.
5. Collaborate with other departments to enhance service offerings.
