The firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their growing team in the beautiful area of Penrith, assisting in arranging viewings, negotiating offers, agreeing sales and looking for new business. What’s in it for you Basic annual salary Uncapped performance related bonus schemes Generous Holiday Allowance (increasing with length of service) Company pension Employee Discount Training, Development & Qualifications Team Building & Social Gatherings Monday to Friday, 8:45am to 5pm Saturdays on a rota basis, 9am to 1pm What you’ll be doing Sourcing and arranging Valuations, Viewings and other appointments Accompanying the valuer on measure-ups as required Managing the property details, ensuring information is kept up to date, accurate and well presented Obtaining feedback on viewings from clients Corresponding professionally with clients in person and via email, letter and phone Offer Negotiation & Sales Progression Seeking, receiving and facilitating the negotiation of offers Liaising with clients, solicitors, surveyors, and mortgage lenders What you will have Previous UK estate agency experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive relationships quickly High level of commercial awareness, particularly in the South/Western Lakes region An interest in property and the willingness to develop additional skills Fantastic time management and the ability to multitask
