Job Title: Electrical Engineering Lead - Data Centre
Salary: up to £90,000 (dependent on experience)

The Role
Reporting into the project Commercial Lead, as a Quantity Surveyor you will play a critical role in maintaining, optimising, and troubleshooting high-performance electrical systems. You will work closely with a dedicated operations and commercial team to ensure maximum uptime, safety, and efficiency across the facility’s infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare method statements and risk assessments with construction team for production activities.
* Prepare reports and front-end studies including capital cost estimates, project schedules, material take offs and tender schedules.
* Prepare technical and contract documentation for issue and analysing returned tenders.
* Ensuring deliveries are controlled by ensuring delivery schedule is kept up to date.
* Clarifying queries with the Design team through request for information (RFI) system.
* Monitor progress against the program and issue progress reports.
* Produce look ahead programs to assist production.
* Responsible for conducting Quality Control inspections and snagging.
* Responsible for document control, recording and transmitting information.
* Liaising with multi-disciplinary teams across the project.
Key Requirements
* Must have a background in Engineering.
* Must have data centre experience.
* 3-7 years’ experience in Engineering in the construction industry.
