Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, self-driven Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead our social media strategy, create engaging content, and manage our website. You'll be responsible for planning and executing impactful marketing campaigns, and helping us to enhance our online presence.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a keen interest in social media marketing to develop their skills and gain valuable experience in a varied role, working with a number of our joint business ventures. This role requires a strong understanding of public relations and social media management, as well as the ability to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
Duties
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms.
2. Create visually appealing content, including graphics and videos.
3. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and engagement opportunities.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all marketing initiatives.
5. Analyse social media performance metrics to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
6. Create compelling copy for marketing materials, including website content, brochures, and mailshots.
7. Update and maintain the Company websites.
Qualifications
1. A genuine passion for digital marketing and a strong understanding of different social media platforms.
2. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
3. Ability to create visually appealing content using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
5. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
6. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: £24,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
