A Revenues Officer to support its team in delivering high-quality revenue services. This short-term role is perfect for an experienced professional with a strong background in local government revenue collection and administration.
Key Responsibilities:
•Administer and manage council tax and business rates accounts.
•Handle billing, payments, and customer queries efficiently.
•Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and council policies.
•Support debt recovery processes and liaise with stakeholders.
Requirements:
•Proven experience in revenues administration.
•Strong knowledge of council tax and business rates regulations.
•Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
