About the CQC Registered Manager role:
Salary: To be discussed at intial call (competitive to current market)
Office Location: Liverpool, L3 9LQ plus working in the field
Contract: Full Time 40 hours per week Travel: Must have access to own car
Experience: Must be/has been a CQC Registered Manager with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health needs knowledge. Experience in managing a service delivery team and leading Support Workers.
The responsibilities of a CQC Registered Manager:
* Managing a branch that delivers 5,000 hours worth of care to Service Users who live in their own home.
* Maintaining a high quality service working in partnership with colleagues.
* Ensuring compliance reports are maintained and reporting is complete and accurate
* Ensuring the delivery of safe, personalised services to each individual service user through assessment, person centred planning and regular outcome focused reviews of services.
* Growing and developing services through increasing delivered hours and maximising referral opportunities.
* Identifying recruitment needs and developing plans with relevant managers to ensure the service is appropriately resourced with capacity for growth.
* Playing a practical role in our quality assurance programme to promote high quality, best practice and continuous improvement of services in line with our Quality Assurance Policies.
* Resolving complaints in accordance with our Complaints & Compliments Policy.
