Role overview We are actively searching for a dynamic and personable Showroom Host to join our team, dedicated to creating an exceptional and welcoming atmosphere for all customers and visitors. In this pivotal role, you will be the face and voice of our organisation, embodying a commitment to friendly and efficient service. Your responsibilities extend beyond mere greetings; you will play a crucial role in swiftly navigating customers and visitors to the right individuals, ensuring a seamless and delightful experience from the moment they step through our doors. Key responsibilities Your key responsibilities as a Showroom Host will include: Greeting customers and visitors warmly, introducing them to the person they are here to see or assisting them in the customer area. Provide refreshments as needed, inform the relevant person about their arrival, and ensure their comfort while waiting. Maintaining cleanliness in the reception and customer waiting area, promptly removing used cups and rubbish. Responding to telephone calls efficiently, ensuring proper qualification of each call and directing them to the appropriate personnel. What’s in it for you?
