Henley Business School is seeking an undergraduate student to join our Rankings and Performance team as a Junior Rankings Assistant. This 12-month full-time student placement role running from September 2025 to August 2026 offers an excellent opportunity to gain professional experience in student and alumni engagement, data analysis, and global rankings strategyall of which are highly valuable in enhancing your employability skillset.

Strategic engagement & communications supporting the design and delivery of targeted engagement campaigns to connect with students and alumni worldwide.
Data intelligence & reporting tracking key engagement metrics, analysing performance data, and developing data-driven reporting dashboards to support decision-making.
Stakeholder relations establishing and maintaining relationships with students, alumni, and internal teams to enhance engagement and reputation.
Project coordination & rankings strategy contributing to data collection and analysis for global rankings submissions, supporting the school’s position in international league tables.
Key responsibilities you will have
Working closely with the Head of Rankings and Performance and the Head of Network & Engagement, you will:
Support multi-channel engagement campaigns (email, telephone, social media) to encourage student and alumni participation.
Track and analyse engagement data, using insights to refine strategies and support rankings initiatives.
Manage and update information in the relationship management database.
Assist with performance reporting, turning data into meaningful intelligence.
Contribute to the preparation and submission of global rankings data.
Engage with students and alumni across different regionsproficiency in Mandarin is desirable, but not essential
